Maia’s company Ltd  is the owner of the Funky Giraffe Registered trade mark and logo as depicted here

We are also the owner of numerous copyright and designs.

It has been recently brought to our attention that  an unauthorised individual or individuals are offering for sale  similar products using our good name and intellectual property including the registered trade mark and copyrights.

As far as we are aware, these offers are being via an email address:

tekinasnaz@hotmail.com

and the websites

cutebratbaby.ticiz.com
cutebratbaby.com
babycolors.ticiz.com

As well as being offered via sourcing sites such as AliBaba under the name CuteBratBaby.

We wish to advise those who may be interested in the offers from these individuals or company that

1. We do not  nor have we ever had any connection with this individual persons/people/company
2. We manufacture in our own factory and we do not use third parties
3. We own the rights to all our designs. To purchase these designs without our written consent is an infringement of our Intellectual Property Rights and will lead to legal action.
4. The photos provided have been illegally copied from our listings on Amazon.com. We are the owners of these rights  and have not authorised their sale.
5. We are not liable for any products which have not been manufactured by us.
6. As a seller of any product you have a legal duty to ensure that the products are safe and fit for purpose. Any unauthorised use of our Trade mark or Designs will not imply that these products are safe, have been tested or comply with any relevant safety laws
7. It is well known that buying fakes, funds crime and supports criminals. It also puts you at risk of harm and identity theft.  Fake fashion funds crimes including prostitution, drugs and weapons smuggling according the Police.

Design and copy right infringements.
Regrettably some companies have purchased stock bearing designs which belong to us, these companies based in the UK, US and France are currently being pursued by us through all legal channels. We treat all infringement of our Intellectual Property extremely seriously and will pursue all those in infringe our rights vigorously.

If you have been approached to buy fake Funky Giraffe products, please contact us to help us combat fakes and fraud. We offer a £200 reward for information which results in successful civil or criminal action.
